September 30th was the 2nd Annual Variety's Power of Women Event and in attendance was Noa Tishby, who wore a merlot/black printed chiffon draped cocktail dress from the Fall/Winter 2010 Tadashi Shoji Collection, and Dania Ramirez, who attended in a black/nude lace strapless a-line belted dress with silk underlay from the Fall/Winter 2010 Tadashi Shoji Runway.
