2009 Inauguration
During this time of celebration for the 2009 Inauguration here in the US, there were numerous balls, galas, dinners, and other events. Naturally Tadashi styles were scattered throughout them.
Singer Cassandra Wilson performed at "A Celebration of America" Funded by The Rockefeller Foundation while wearing a black stretch jersey rouched bodice and taffeta ball gown from Fall/Winter 2008 Tadashi Collection.
Actress Connie Britton attended the Creative Coalition Pre-Inauguration Dinner in a Fall/Winter 2008 black and gold boat neck lace cocktail dress with piping detail from the Tadashi Collection.
Jill Dobson, a Fox News anchor, covered the Creative Coalition Inaugural Ball while wearing a silk crepe knotted waist halter cocktail dress from the Fall/Winter 2008 Tadashi Shoji line.
Actress Maria Menounos arrived at the Green Inaugural Ball in a black laser cut cotton sunburst tucked strapless cocktail dress from the latest Spring/Summer 2009 Tadashi Shoji line.
Also some Tadashi's employees spotted Gayle King in the stunning calligraphy embroidered black and gold double silk satin bateau neck gown from the Fall/Winter 2008 Tadasi Shoji line in attendance at the Root Inauguration Ball, but, alas, we have been unable to locate any images of this.
