Where can I purchase the lovely blue dress in the Glamour spread? I've searched all over the internet and I can't seem to find it anywhere.

Both of the Tadashi retail stores have that dress in stock. It is OC9052M and its color is Capri Blue. If you need the numbers for the shops the Vegas one is 877-2Tadashi and the South Coast Plaza is 877-Tadashi.
