The April issue of Ebony has Mo'Nique in not one, not two, but three Tadashi Shoji dresses. On the cover and the Table of Contents page she wore a black mesh rouched front gown from the Fall 2010 Tadashi Shoji Collection. For a high stakes game of Uno she chose an antique off shoulder embroidered lace gown from the Spring 2011 Tadahsi Shoji Collection. Finally, showing off in playful poses, she has donned a ecru wave pattern beaded foil jersey cocktail dress also from the Fall 2010 Tadashi Shoji Collection.
Tadashi Shoji, who was born and raised in Sendai, Japan, and Olympic skater Johnny Weir teamed up to create an inspiring T-shirt in support of relief efforts in Japan, with all proceeds going to the Japanese Red Cross Society. The T-shirt will retail for $25 (including tax) and will be available in unisex sizes XS-XL.
